These SMS Terms cover text messages from Someone in Mind (the “Program”).

Program description

Someone in Mind sends conversational SMS about friend recommendations, matchmaking onboarding, introductions when there is a match, and related service notices.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to opt in to this Program.

How you opt in

Text JOIN to +1 (415) 980-7831. That whole message is the opt-in. The homepage button opens Messages with JOIN already typed. If Messages does not open, text JOIN to that number from your phone. The keyword, number, and confirmation are posted at /sms-opt-in.

If a friend recommended you, they may send a unique page (/invite). You opt in there by entering your number and checking that you agree to a text if there may be a match. 21+.

The first reply is: “Thanks for texting Someone in Mind. You're signed up for recurring automated matchmaking texts about recommending a friend. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency
